Gloria C. LeBlanc, 86, of Peabody formerly of Lynnfield, died on Thursday, October 27 at the Salem Hospital.

Born in Saugus on October 24, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Lyman E. and Helen (Twombly) Sproul.

Mrs. LeBlanc was a graduate of Saugus High School and Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School in Boston. She was a member of St. Maria Goretti Parish in Lynnfield and was a former member of the Lynnfield Garden Club. Mrs. LeBlanc had been a resident of Brooksby Village in Peabody since 2005.

She was the husband of the late George R. "Bob" LeBlanc. Mrs. LeBlanc is survived by her daughter Deborah Kosian of Peabody, her son David LeBlanc of Danvers and her brother Dr. Lyman E. Sproul of Mystic, CT. She is also survived by her three grandchildren; Stephanie LeBlanc, Patricia Kosian and Robert Kosian.

A Funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Maria Goretti Church, 112 Chestnut St, Lynnfield on Friday at 10am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield prior to the Mass on Friday from 9-9:30am. Interment will be at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St, Framingham, MA 01701.
