Goldie Schmidt

Goldie Schmidt , 85, of Lynnfield died Wednesday, November 4th at the Renaissance Gardens at Brooksby Village in Peabody. Born in Camden, Maine on April 3, 1924 she was the daughter of the late Louis and Eva (Shulman) Hansen. Mrs. Schmidt was raised in Camden, Maine and was a graduate of Camden High School. She was a former member of the Centre Congregational Church in Lynnfield. Mrs. Schmidt is survived by her husband Robert A. Schmidt , her two stepchildren; Gary Schmidt and Anita Schmidt-Casslen both of Sweden, her nephew Gary Wolfe and his wife Dolly of Tewksbury. She was predeceased by her sister Gloria Wolfe. A funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Monday, November 16 at 11a.m. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home prior to the service starting at 10 a. m. Interment will be at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
