Harold "Clayton" Bowser of Lynn died Sunday September 26, at the Hospice House of Lincoln.
Born in Weymouth, October 3, 1937, he was the son of the late Harold C. and Mary (Cassidy) Bowser .
Clayton was raised in Somerville He served in the Army during the Vietnam Era where he served 2 tours of duty. Following the war he moved to Washington D.C. and spent over 20 years selling fish directly off the boat. Upon his return to Massachusetts he worked as a Security Guard in Boston.
He was the brother of the late Richard Bowser and Joan Jackson. Uncle of Janice Ross of Salem and Jeffery Jackson of Boston. He is survived by two grandnephews: Paul McGrath and Ryan Ross, both of Salem and one grandniece, Ramina McGrath also of Salem; also survived by several cousins.
A Graveside Service will be held at the Lakeside Cemetery, North Ave., Wakefield on Saturday at 11AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Arrangements by the McDonald Funeral Home, Wakefield.
