Harry Starratt

Harry D . Starratt , 80, of Salisbury formerly of Andover and Wakefield died on Sunday, January 22 at the Anna Jacques Hospital in Newburyport.

Born in Wakefield on June 15, 1931 he was the son of the late Harry M. and Elizabeth (Aver) Starratt .

Mr. Starratt was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1950. He was a retired in 2001 as a plasterer for Local 534 and the Boston Housing Authority.

Mr. Starratt is survived by his wife Joan A. (Schlingman) Starratt , his two daughters; Pauline A. Prideaux and her husband Don of No. Ft. Myers, FL and Debra M. Frost and her husband Larry Jr. of Salisbury. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren; Heidi Riley, David Tyler, Johanna Frost, Lauran Frost and Charlene Frost and his great granddaughter Elsie Riley.

A funeral service will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Thursday at 12pm. Visitation for relatives and friends will held prior to the service starting at 11am. Interment will be at Lakeside Cemetery in Wakefield.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to the American Lung Association, 460 Totten Pond Rd, Suite 400, Waltham, MA 02451.
