Helen Coughlin

Helen T . Coughlin , 92, of Wakefield formerly of Somerville died on Monday, April 7 at Wingate at Reading.

Born in Somerville on September 28, 1921, she was the daughter of the late James and Julia (McCarthy) Coughlin .

Ms. Coughlin was raised and educated in Somerville and was a graduate of Somerville High School. She had worked for many years at Home Savings Bank in Boston. Ms. Coughlin enjoyed traveling to Europe. Her family would like to thank the staff at Wingate Nursing Center in Reading for her care over the past three years.

Ms. Coughlin is survived by her brother James Coughlin of Lynnfield and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her three brothers; Jeremiah Coughlin , Daniel Coughlin and Richard Coughlin .

A funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Friday at 11am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home prior to the service starting at 10am. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
