Helen Luciano

Helen M . Luciano , 94, of Wakefield died on Wednesday, February 11 at the Bear Hill Nursing Center in Wakefield.

Born in Malden on December 3, 1920 she was the daughter of the late Rosario and Mary (Gennetti) Marinelli.

Mrs. Luciano was a long time Wakefield resident. She was raised in Malden. Mrs. Luciano was a member of St. Florence Church and a member of the St. Florence Lady Sodality.

She was the wife of the late John P. Luciano . Mrs. Luciano is survived by her two sons; John P. Luciano , Jr and his wife Jane of Salem and Stephen A. Luciano and his wife Judy of Wakefield, her daughter Nancy M . Gillespie and her husband Kevin of Reading, her five grandchildren; Danielle, Michael, Kimberly, John II and Gina and her two great granddaughters; Angelica & Isabella. She was predeceased by her five brothers; Joseph, Dominic, Anthony, William & Ralph Marinelli and her sister Yolanda Chiccarelli.

Her Funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Wednesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield at 10am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4-8pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
