Helen Murray

Helen L . Murray , 87 of Wakefield died Sunday, June 7, 2015 in Peabody. Mrs. Murray was born in Wakefield on June 28, 1927 and was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary A (Muise) Dulong. She had been a lifelong Wakefield resident and was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1945. She was a member of St. Joseph Parish.

Mrs. Murray was the beloved wife of the late John B. Murray . She was the loving mother of John B. Murray , Jr. and his wife Cynthia of Wakefield and the late Richard A. Murray and his late wife Janis. She was the sister of the late John, Nelson and Arthur Dulong, Ruth Henderson and Catherine Roberson. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, as well as her dear friends: Georgie, Carol, Sam and Bob.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield on Wednesday at 9am followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 10:00. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4-7pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
