(Yazinka)
Geoghegan
92, a life-long Wakefield resident died at her home on Friday, Sept. 21.
Born in Wakefield on June 30, 1920 she was the daughter of the late Frank and Philomenia (Krezwicka) Yazinka.
Mrs.
Geoghegan
was a graduate of Wakefield High School and had served her country in the U.S. Coast Guard during W.W. II.
Henrietta
had worked for many years for the former L.B. Evans Shoe Company and the Wakefield Supply Company.
Mrs.
Geoghegan
was the wife of the late Thomas F.
Geoghegan
. She was the sister of Jean Funk of Wakefield and the late Helen Delano, Fannie Perry, Sophie Crocker and Frank and Harry Yazinka. Mrs.
Geoghegan
is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, in Wakefield on Wednesday at 9:00 A.M. followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St. Wakefield at 10 o'clock. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 – 8 P.M.
Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
