Howard Critchett, Jr.

Howard M. Critchett., Jr. of Woburn died on Monday, March 18 at his residence.

Born in Melrose on August 27, 1933, he was the son of the late Howard M. and Hazel (Barnes) Critchett.

Mr. Critchett was a graduate of Melrose High School, Class of 1951. He served in the United States Army from 1953 to 1956. Mr. Critchett had been a Woburn resident since 1965 and was a System Analyst for John Hancock Insurance Company in Boston. He was a member of the Unicorn Golf Club in Stoneham and the Woburn Bowladrome. Mr. Critchett was a Boston Red Sox, Bruins and Patriots fan.

He was the husband of the late Lucy (Pereztian) Critchett. Mr. Critchett is survived by his daughter Deborah L. Dalis and her husband Derek of Woburn and his sister Connie Sudduth of CA. He was predeceased by his brother Chester Critchett.

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Friday from 4-8pm. His Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday at 10am. Interment will be at Lindenwood Cemetery in Stoneham.
