James B. Tague, 62 of Wilmington, formerly of Stoneham died peacefully Tuesday July 24, at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center of Burlington.
Born in Boston, on June 21, 1962 he was the son of the late Paul B. Tague and Anne (Meehan) Tague.
Jim was a graduate of Stoneham High School, class of 1980. He was an IT Specialist for ENE Systems of Canton for the last 20 years. Jim enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. He also was an avid Boston sports fan, especially the Bruins. Through all of his hardships he always managed to maintain a positive attitude. Being a Monty Python fan he often encouraged others to “Always look on the bright side of life.”
Jim was the beloved husband of Jean (DeFeo) Tague. He was the loving father of Jacob Tague of Billerica, and Jenn Tague of Wilmington. He was the brother of Steve Tague of Woburn, Dennis Tague of Mansfield, Kevin Tague of Billerica, and Brian Tague and Karen Tague both of Stoneham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Celebration of life will be held at the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Thursday August 1, from 4-7 p.m.
