Janet Andreatta

Janet Andreatta, age 62, of Reading, died Wednesday, June 9 surrounded by her family.

Born in Revere on April 19, 1959 she was the daughter of the late Joseph C. and Elizabeth D. (Correale) Andreatta.

Janet was raised in Everett and was a graduate of Everett High School, Class of 1977. She spent much of her working career with the department of defense and served in many different job functions. Most recently she had been a pharmacy clerk at the Medicine Store Pharmacy in Wakefield. Above all things, Janet's joy was her family, she loved them dearly and cherished time together; most especially with her great nieces and nephews who lovingly referred to her as "Auntie J."

She is survived by her beloved sister, Diann E. Smith of Methuen; her three nephews: Christopher Smith and his wife Jessica of Methuen, Joseph Smith and his wife Jillian of North Reading, and Robert Smith and his wife Alyssa of Peabody; and her great nieces and nephew: Avery, Lucas, Anna, Riley, Layla, and Elizabeth.

Her Funeral Service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Monday at 10am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Sunday from 12-3pm. Interment, Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
