Jaqueline Fish

Jacqueline A . Fish , 77, a resident of Wakefield for 48 years, died on Thursday, December 27 at her home.

Born in Boston on September 24, 1935 she was the daughter of the late Christopher J. and Hannah T. (Regan) O'Meara.

Mrs. Fish was a graduate of Dorchester High School for Girls, Class of 1953 and Boston Clerical School, Class of 1955. She had worked as a Secretary for her husband's welding company, Avery Welding Co., in South Boston and had also worked at the Mystic Valley Elder Services. She was a member of St. Joseph parish in Wakefield.

Mrs. Fish was the wife of the late Dale Fish . She was the mother of Dale E. Fisher and his wife Elaine of Lake Worth, FL and Stephen J. Fish and his wife Lynne of Ayer. She was the sister of Albert O'Meara of FL, Theresa Rice of NC and the late Christopher O'Meara, Elizabeth Hibbs and Josephine Politano. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, Scott, Aiden, Jeremy and Ryan.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 11:30 a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
