Jason Painter

Jason D. Painter , a life long resident of Stoneham died on Tuesday, December 21 in Methuen.

Born in Cambridge on July 13, 1979 he was the son of Paula (Williams) Axelrod of Stoneham.

Jason was a graduate of Stoneham High School, Class of 1997 and had worked as a painter.

In addition to his mother Jason is survived by his two sons, Sean Painter and Scottie LaPointe both of Lawrence, his sister, Melissa Painter of Tewksbury, his brother Ryan Herlihy of Stoneham and his grandparents, Francis and Joanne Williams of Belmont and his step-father David Axelrod of Stoneham. He is also survived by his cousin Todd LeMoine of Wakefield, and his 2 aunts Sally LeMoine of Florida and Mary Ann Chemelli and her husband Bill of Arlington.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Tuesday at 8a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St., Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 9 o'clock. A period of visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday from 4 – 8 p.m. Interment will be at Lindenwood Cemetery in Stoneham.
