Jeanette L. (DeSimone) Angeletti of Lynnfield died June 8, 2012 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 78 years old. Born in Everett on April 9, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Michele & Helena (Maroix) DeSimone. Jeanette was raised in Everett & a graduate of Everett High School. She worked in the school cafeteria of the Lynnfield High School for more than 15 years and was a Lynnfield resident for 44 years. She enjoyed gardening, traveling to California to visit her grandchildren, crocheting, dancing, being a home body but when she did go out, she was the life of the party. She was a member of St. Maria Goretti Church of Lynnfield where she attended church every week. Jeanette was the devoted wife of George A. Angeletti with whom she shared almost 56 years of marriage. She was the loving mother Scott E. Angeletti & his wife Alyson of Eldorado Hills, CA & Tracy J. Angeletti & Richard Rooks of Lynnfield. Cherished grandmother of Ryan & Sean Angeletti of CA. Caring sister of Michael DeSimone & his wife Ann of Revere, Claire Ferrara & her husband Sonny, also of Revere & the late Raymond Lacroix & Joseph Lacroix & his wife Rita of Revere. Also survived by several nieces, nephews & cousins. Funeral from the McDonald Funeral Home 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield on Tuesday, June 12th at 9AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Maria Goretti Church 112 Chestnut St. Lynnfield at 10AM. Relatives & friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours Monday from 4-8PM.
