Joan Starratt

Joan A . Starratt , 74, of Salisbury formerly of Andover and Wakefield passed out of our world and into her next adventure comforted by her family on Tuesday, June 18 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.

Born in Cambridge on March 11, 1939 she was the daughter of the late Henry and Edna (Naperschat) Schlingman.

Mrs. Starratt was a graduate of Stoneham High School and Fisher Jr. College.

She was the wife of the late Harry D. Starratt . Mrs. Starratt is survived by her two daughters; Pauline A . Prideaux and her husband Don of North Ft. Myers, Florida and Debra M. Frost and her husband Larry, Jr. of Salisbury. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren; Heidi Riley, David Tyler, Johanna Frost, Lauran Frost and Charlene Frost and 1 great granddaughter Elsie.

A funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Saturday at 12 noon. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home prior to the service starting at 10am.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in the memory of Joan and Bungie to the House Rabbit Network, P.O. Box 2602 Woburn, MA 01888.
