John Casoli

John R. Casoli, 79, of Wakefield died June 17, 2016 at the Kaplan Family Hospice in Danvers.

Born on September 28, 1936, he was the son of the late John J. and Grace (Romano) Casoli.

John was raised in the North End of Boston. He was a graduate of Christopher Columbus High School of Boston and served in the U.S Marine Corps as a Sargent from 1955 to 1959. He was retired as the owner and broker at Casoli Brokerage Company, Inc. of Chelsea.

John was the beloved husband of Maria A. (Arigo) Casoli. He was the loving father of Michele M. Reardon and husband John J. of North Reading, Jennifer G. Casoli Vant and husband James of North Reading, Michael A. Casoli and wife Kourtney A. of Wakefield. He was the brother of Michael A. Casoli of Wakefield, Camille Iannucci of Kingston and the late Carol Musto. He was the loving grandfather of his twelve grandchildren: Michael, Joe, Christopher and Dylan Reardon, Madison, Ava, Paige and Devon Vant, Isabella, Olivia, John and Antonina Casoli.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main Street, Stoneham Wednesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion Street, Wakefield at 10am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home Tuesday from 4 to 8pm. Interment will be St. Patrick Cemetery, Stoneham.
