T. "Jack"
Coughlin
of Brookline formerly of Wakefield died on Wednesday, November 4 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
Born in Melrose on March 7, 1931 he was the son of the late Francis and Evangeline (Hubbard)

Jack was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1949. He was a retired hairdresser in Dover. Mr.
Coughlin
had served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by his sister Jean Quinzio of Reading, his three nieces Karen Riley and Laurie Spurr both of Wilmington and Kathy Black of Andover. Mr.
Coughlin
is also survived by 8 grandnieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Monday at 12pm. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday prior to the service starting at 10am. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution can be made in Jack's name to the American Lung Association, 460 Totten Pond Rd, Suite 400, Waltham, MA 02451.
