John Martin

John T. Martin, 59, of Cambridge and Somerville died on Wednesday, September 28 at the Cambridge Hospital.

Born in Cambridge on September 17, 1952 he was the son of the late John T. and Lucille T. (Duperey) Martin.

Mr. Martin was raised in Cambridge and was a graduate of Notre Dame High School in Cambridge. He served for 16 years in the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Martin was the beloved son of the late John & Lucille (Duperey) Martin. He was the brother of Carol Mitchell and her husband Jack of Plymouth and the late David Martin. He was the Uncle of Julie Norton & her husband Kevin and John Mitchell & his fiancé Lisa Clifford and great uncle of Teagan & Jamison.

A funeral service will be held in the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Tuesday at 11 o'clock. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 3 to 7 p.m. Interment will be at St. Patrick Cemetery in Soneham.
