John Noseworthy

John E. "Jack" Noseworthy, age 81 of Lynn died Sunday Feb. 19 after a long period of failing health. Born in Everett on December 5, 1930 he was the son of the late John and Mary (Butler) Noseworthy. Mr. Noseworthy was raised in Everett and was a graduate of Everett Technical High School. He had been a resident of Lynn for more than 40 years. He was a member of the Ironworkers Local # 7 and of the Shriner's. He was also a W.W. II veteran having served in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Noseworthy was the husband of the late Thelma (Blackmore) Noseworth. He is survived by his two daughters, Debra Morris & her husband John of FL, Nancy Muse & her husband Ken of Lynnfield and his son John E. "Jack" Noseworthy, Jr. of New York, NY. He was the grandfather of Alexander & Elizabeth Muse of Lynnfield. He was also the brother of Gertrude Penney of Stoughton, Shirley Wetherbee, Jean Sheppard and Harry Noseworthy all of FL and the late James, Edward, Albert and Robert Noseworthy.

His funeral will be held in St. Paul Episcopal Church 127 Summer St. Lynnfield Thursday at 10:00. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Lynnfield. Visitation for relatives and friend will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield Wednesday 4-8pm.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Shriner's Hospital 51 Blossom St. Boston, MA 02114.
