Juana Geldres

Juana Antunano de Geldres , age 82 died Monday February 19 in Stoneham. Mrs. Geldres was born in Lima, Peru on June 24, 1936 and was the daughter of the late Telesforo and Obdulia (Valdez) Antunano . Mrs. Geldres was raised in Peru and came to the United States at age 64. She had worked for several years at Logan International Airport. She was a devoted family woman and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren Ricky and Adriana whom she was dedicated to.

Mrs. Geldres was the devoted wife of the late Humberto Geldres. She was the loving mother of Victor A. Geldres and his wife Giovanna of Lawrence and Elizabeth G. Orphanos and her husband Nicholas of Stoneham. She was the devoted and caring grandmother of Ricky Orphanos and Adriana Geldres. She was also the sister of Alberto and Julio Antunano and the late Pepe and Nina Antunano .

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home 322 Main St. Stoneham on Saturday February 23 from 5-8 pm.
