Karen Lafauci

Karen L . LaFauci, age 43 formerly of Lowell died March 30 at the Union Hospital in Lynn.

Born in Melrose on May 31, 1965 she was the daughter of Robert F. LaFauci of NH and the late Frances I. (Dow).

She was raised in Wakefield and later in Reading and was a graduate of Reading High School and Bunker Hill Community College. She was a case manager for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Mental Health.

In addition to her father Karen is survived by her two sons Sean N. and Ryan W. Horan. She is also survived by her sister Lisa A. LaFauci-Lee of Salem, NH.

Her funeral will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield Friday at 11:00 am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday 4-8 pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
