Karen Renter

Karen L. Renter, 55, of Wakefield died Friday August 1 at the Epoch Senior Care in Melrose.

Born in Stoneham on January 26, 1953 she was the daughter of the late Frank & Christine (Sheppard) Luciani.

Mrs. Renter was a life long Wakefield resident and a graduate of Wakefield High School Class of 1971. She enjoyed gardening and raising her dogs.

Karen is survived by her son Brian Luciani of Oakland, CA. She was the sister of Frank Luciani, Jr., Kenneth Luciani and Christine Sutherland all of Wakefield. She is also survived by her grandson Jaden Luciani and several nieces and nephews.

Her funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield on Tuesday at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 9:00 AM. Interment will be private.
