Leeca Holleran

Leeca M . Holleran , 56, life long resident of Wakefield, died on Tuesday, March 26 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Born in Boston on June 8, 1956 she was the daughter of the late William and Shirley (Soper) Brown.

Leeca was a graduate of Wakefield High School class of 1973. She attended Bunker Hill and Newbury Jr. College. She was a legal assistant at the Sloane and Walsh Law Offices of Boston.

Leeca was the beloved wife of Gerald C. Holleran . She is survived by her sons John M ., Kevin G, and Patrick H. Holleran all of Wakefield. She was the stepmother of Kristen Dussault and her husband David, Gerald C. Holleran Jr. and his wife Marjorie of Wakefield and Brian C. Holleran of Sarasota, FL. She is also survived by her brothers William J. Brown and his wife Claire of Wakefield, Larrie S. Brown and his wife Cindy of NH., also her sisters Cheryl J. Brown and her partner Virginia L. Berger of GA, and Deborah E. Palumbo and her husband Robert of North Andover. She is also survived by her six grandchildren: Haylee, Derek, Gerald III, McKaela, Kellie, and Jack, along with many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield on Saturday at 8 a.m. followed by a Blessing at the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main St., Wakefield at 9 a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday from 4-8 p.m. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
