Lillian Manfre

Lillian M. Manfre, of Stoneham formerly of Wakefield died Saturday, February 13.

Born in Wakefield on November 20, 1923 she was the daughter of the alte Dominic and Guiseppina (Giansante) Luciano.

Mrs. Manfre was a graduate of Wakefield High School. She was a former employee at L.B. Evans Shoe Company in Wakefield.

Mrs. Manfre was the wife of the Gabriel Ragusa and Carmelo Manfre. She is survived by her son George J. Ragusa and his wife Christine of Cambridge, MD, her brother Pasquale Luciano of Wakefield, her three sisters; Mary Gallugi, Evelyn Ciampa and Jean Camerato all of Wakefield, her four grandchildren; Ian, Kris, Tina and Linda. Mrs. Manfre is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Dante Luciano and her sister Caroline Luciano.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Thursday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Florence Church 47 Butler Ave, Wakefield at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-8pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VNA of Middlesex-East, 607 North Ave, Suite 17, Wakefield, MA 01880
