Linda Cerrone

Linda M. Cerrone , 63, of North Reading and formerly of Wakefield died Monday October 15 in Winchester after a lengthy illness.

Born in Cambridge on January 8, 1949 she was the daughter of the late John F. & Evelyn (Perry) DiRaffaele.

Mrs. Cerrone was raised in Wakefield and was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1967. She had been a North Reading resident for the past 28 years. She was a financial controller in the automobile industry and had worked for Crest Buick and later for Jaffarian Motors of Haverhill. Most recently she was self employed as a consultant in the industry. She was a member of the North Shore Corvette Club.

Mrs. Cerrone was the wife of Paul N. Cerrone . She was the mother of Natalie A. Brucken and her husband Andrew of OR and Nicholas P. Cerrone of No. Reading. She was the sister of Kenneth DiRaffael of FL and the late Richard DiRaffaele. She was the aunt of Jill, Michelle, Deborah, Michelle, Chris, Ashley and Olivia.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield on Friday at 9am followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St. Wakefield at 10 o'clock. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home Thursday 4-8pm.

Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
