Louise Haddad

Louise Helen Haddad, (Thomas) 88, of Medford, died peacefully, surrounded by her family on Friday, October 7 at her residence.

Born in Boston on September 10, 1923 she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Jennie (Nader) Thomas.

Louise had been a residence of Medford since 1946. She was a graduate of the Mansfield Beauty Academy of Boston and had attended the Massachusetts School of Arts in Boston. Mrs. Haddad had worked as a hairdresser early in her career and later in the retail industry. She was a devoted loving wife and mother to her family and was a member of St. Patrick's Parish in Stoneham.

Louise was the wife of the late John Peter Haddad and is survived by her two daughters; Janice Haddad of Saugus and Joanne Haddad of Medford, her two sons; John Haddad of Stoneham and Joseph Haddad and his wife Lynn of Wakefield and her grandson Christopher Haddad. Mrs. Haddad was predeceased by her brother William Thomas.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St, Stoneham on Wednesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Patrick's Church, 71 Central St, in Stoneham at 10am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4-8pm. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St, Framingham, MA 01701.
