M. Maltby

M . Marjorie Maltby , 83, of Wakefield, died on Monday, October 1 at her residence.

Born in Medford on March 3, 1929 she was the daughter of the late Charles and Katherine (Lawlor) Maltby .

Ms. Maltby had been a Wakefield resident since 1947. She was a graduate of Arlington High School, Class of 1946 and Pierce Secretarial School in Boston, Class of 1947. Ms. Maltby was a retied executive secretary for Dynamic Research Company in Andover.

She is survived by her son Kenneth Doucette of Wakefield, her sister Georgine Maltby of Wakefield, her two grandsons; Warren and Scott Doucette and her two great grandsons; Dylan and Nathaniel.

Her funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Friday at 11am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 5-7pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
