Margaret Moore

Margaret M. (Bailey) Moore, 92, of Saugus formerly of Lynnfield, died peacefully on October 1, 2013.

Born in Boston September 3, 1921. She was the daughter of the late Andrew P. and Mary (Fitzgerald) Bailey.

Margaret was the oldest of eight children. She was predeceased by a brother and four sisters. She was a long time employee in the family business. She and her late husband, Charles B. Moore had been married for fifty eight years. He was the owner and President of Maynard H. Moore, Inc. in Stoneham. They were long time active members of Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Wakefield. Margaret was a member of Wakefield Arts and Crafts Society and had been for many years. She is survived by her son Charles "Scott" Moore, his wife Nancy Moore of Stoneham, her daughter Janet L. and her husband Richard Murphy of California, three grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation. A Funeral service will be held at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 5 Bryant St., Wakefield on Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will be at Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.
