Marie Albano

Marie A. Albano, 83 of Stoneham and formerly of Chelsea and Revere died on Wednesday January 25 in Winchester.

Born in Chelsea on November 9, 1928 she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Ida Cerulli. Mrs. Albano was raised in Chelsea and was a graduate of Chelsea High School. She was retired from Metro Credit Union of Chelsea and had also worked for Fidelity Investments. She had been a Stoneham resident for the past 10 years.

Mrs. Albano is survived by her husband Carmen J. Albano. She was the mother of Deborah Lingiewicz of Wakefield, Christine A. Bresnahan of Needham and Valerie Farnesi of Cumberland, RI. She was the sister of Joseph Cerulli and is also survived by her grandchildren Kathleen, Brian, Andrea, Alec and Kyle.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield Saturday at 9am followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church 173 Albion St. Wakefield at 10:00. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home Friday 4-8pm. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
