Marie Brown

Brown, Marie C. (MacPherson) passed away at her home in Reading on January 12th, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Brown, a lifelong resident of Reading, was the daughter of the late George W. and Catherine E. (MacInnis) MacPherson. She was the wife of the late Everett W. Brown, Jr. She leaves her five children: Judith Brown of Marblehead, Stephen Brown of Naples, FL, Marta Copland & husband Alan of Cary, NC, Alan Brown & fiance' Karen D'Amour of Wenham, Daniel Brown & wife Lynn of Hollis, NH; as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Loving sister of the late George E. MacPherson. Funeral from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Agnes Church, 186 Woburn St, Reading at 10:00. Interment, Forest Glen Cemetery, Reading. Visitation for relatives and friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), 60 Walnut St., Wellesley Hills, MA 02481.
