Marjorie E . Drinkwater , 89, died on Wednesday April 13 at Rockport, Maine.

Born on May 23, 1921 in Malden she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Lillian (Hardison) Woodward.

She was a member of the First Parish Congregational Church in Wakefield. She loved music, singing and will be remembered as a loving wife and mother.

Marjorie is survived by her son, David Drinkwater and his wife Cheryl of Northport, ME; her daughter Lois Blauvelt and husband Mark of Union, ME; her four grandchildren: Sean T. Drinkwater and his wife Jussi of Massachusetts, Elizabeth, Andrew and Daniel Blauvelt and her three great-grandchildren.

A period of Visitation will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Monday from 4-8 pm. A funeral services will be held in the First Parish Congregational Church, 1 Church St, Wakefield on Tuesday at 11am. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc. 311 Arsenal St. Watertown, MA 02472.
