Mary Bunker

Mary J. Bunker, 101 of Wakefield died on Monday, September 30 at the Oosterman's Rest Home in Wakefield.

Born in Decatur, Alabama on September 1, 1912, she was the daughter of the late George and Clara Warrick.

Mrs. Bunker was a graduate of Decatur High School. She had been a Wakefield resident since 1938. Mrs. Bunker was a former member of the Eastern Star in Wakefield. She enjoyed painting in oils and water colors.

Mrs. Bunker was the wife of the late Kenneth H. Bunker. She was the mother of Margaret Harvey and her husband Donald and Jennifer Bunker all of Wakefield. Mrs. Bunker is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her seven brothers and sisters.

A funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Friday at 7pm. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home prior to the service starting at 4pm. Interment will be private.
