Mary Doucette

Mary C . Doucette , 90, formerly of Wakefield died Sunday, March 15 at her home at the Sunrise Assisting Living in Lynnfield where she had recently been living.

Born in Malden on April 7, 1918 she was the daughter of the late Allan J. and Melvina (Kelly) Morrison.

Mrs. Doucette was a graduate of Malden High School, Class of 1937. She had been a Wakefield resident since 1970 and had lived in Stoneham prior to Wakefield. Mrs. Doucette was a member of St. Joseph Church in Wakefield.

Mrs. Doucette is survived by her husband Bernard D. Doucette , her daughter Theresa Denise Grady & her husband Phillip of Wakefield and her granddaughter Jennifer Grady. She was predeceased by her sister Helen Briggs and her two brothers; Charles Morrison and George Morrison.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Friday at 9am followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St, Wakefield at 10am. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8 PM

Contributions may be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 186 Highland Ave. Somerville, MA. 02143.

Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Woburn.
