Mary Murray

Mary E . Murray , 73, of Wakefield, died Monday, August 10 at her residence.

Born in Everett on February 12, 1936 she was the daughter of the late William and Pauline (Foster) Pike.

Mrs. Murray was raised and educated in Everett public schools. She was a former hostess and waitress at the Roadside Tavern in Malden.

Mrs. Murray is survived by her husband Richard K. Murray , her five children; Richard K. Murray Jr. of Tewksbury, Dennis R. Murray and his wife Michele of Salem, William T. Murray and his wife Karen, Kevin J. Murray and his wife Joy, and Elizabeth Woolbert all of Wakefield and 10 grandchildren; Craig, Tyler, William, Kristin, Matthew, Ryan, Marissa, Alex, Devon and Samantha. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Jean Murray of Ogunquit, ME and longtime friend, Cassandra Muldez of Tewksbury.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield, Saturday at 9am followed by a funeral mass at St. Florence Church 47 Butler Ave, Wakefield at 10am. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home Friday 4-8pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
