Mary Dresser

Mary J. Dresser , 90, of Stoneham died Tuesday January 1, at the Epoch of Melrose.

Born in Woburn on July 7, 1922 she was the daughter of the late Frank and Lena (Meli) Napoli.

Mary was a graduate of Woburn High School. She was the owner and operator of Kay's Beauty Shop in Melrose and Stoneham. She also enjoyed playing Bingo.

Mary was the wife of the late Paul S. Dresser . She was the mother of Paul S. Dresser Jr., of Washington D.C. and mother in-law of Carol Dresser of Stoneham. She was the grandmother of Karen Dresser of Stoneham and Michael Dresser of Saugus. She was predeceased by several sisters.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham prior to the mass from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Interment will be at Lindenwood Cemetery in Stoneham.
