Mary Wingo

Mary M . Wingo , 85 a lifelong resident of Wakefield died at her home on Saturday August 22.

Born in Wakefield, July 28, 1924 she was the daughter of the late Leonard H. and Josephine (Lopes) DeMarco.

Mary was a graduate of Wakefield high School class of 1942. She was a retired Bookkeeper for Crystal Chemical and Packing in Wakefield. Mary was a devoted parishioner at St. Joseph Church and was a great supporter of many charitable organizations.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Karen DeFrancisco of Lynn and Deborah DeDecca of Wakefield, her 2 grandchildren, Jason Dececca of Wakefield and Susan Carey of Lynn and, 3 great grandchildren, William, Shayla and Joelle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her brother Leonard A. DeMarco and her sister Madeline J. Meekins.

The funeral will be held from the McDonald funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Wednesday at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home on
Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm.

Interment, Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
