died at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington on Friday, July 5.
Born in East Boston September 9, 1925 she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Jenny (Marino) LaRosa.
Mrs.
Marmo
was a graduate of East Boston High School. She loved to cook, and spend time with her family, and also enjoyed shopping. She had been a Wakefield resident for over 55 years.

was the beloved wife of the late Frederick F.
Marmo
. She was the loving mother of Frederick J.
Marmo
, Esq. of Brookline, Joanne Tyler and her husband Clem of Lunenburg,, and Malia Scotch –

and her husband Stephen Scotch –
Marmo
of New York, NY. Sister of Anthony LaRosa of Saugus and the late Rosemarie Miranda. She was the devoted grandmother of Vanessa, Michael, George, Frederick, Gina, Jackie and Gus. She is also survived her great granddaughter Ava Marie, and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave Wakefield on Tuesday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St. at 10 o'clock. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 4-8 p.m. .
Entombment will be at Holy Cemetery in Malden.
