Michael Morris

Michael Charles Morris of Wakefield died on Tuesday, September 13 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill.

Born in Boston on June 8, 1951 he was the son of Ann D. (Pasquale) Morris of Medford and the late Charles Morris.

Michael was a graduate of Medford High School, Class of 1969. He had worked as a Steam Engineer for Aveo Pharmacutical in Cambridge.

Michael had been a Wakefield resident since 1991 and was a member of St. Florence Church. He enjoyed his motorcycle and his car collection.

Michael was the husband of Dale Schaleff. He was the father of Michael C. Morris, Jr. and Keri Wood and husband Ryan all of Wakefield . He was the brother of Stephen Morris of Salem, NH, William Morris of Melrose and Christine Morris and Suzanne Tynemouth both of Medford. He was the grandfather of Teagan Wood.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Saturday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield at 10 o'clock. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4 a�" 8 p.m.
