Neva Wray

Neva Wray , 95, of Stoneham, died on Monday, December 15 at the Wingate in Reading.

Born in Norton, Kansas on November 29, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Cora (Buchanan) Renoe.

Mrs. Wray was raised in Norton, Kansas and was a graduate of Norton High School. She had worked as a librarian at the high school and also as a secretary for many years in Witchita, KS. She moved to Stoneham in December of 1999.

Mrs. Wray was the wife of the late Harlan Wray . She is survived by her two daughters, Lucia Pietrafitta and her husband Richard of Wakefield and Mary Lynn Wray of Stoneham and two grandchildren, Stacy Baldari of Burbank, CA and Mark Pietrafitta of North Reading. She is also survived by her nephew, Ron Renoe and his wife Mary Lynn of Olathe, KS. She was predeceased by her brother Raymond G. Renoe.

Mrs. Wray was an avid golfer and enjoyed horses and playing cards.

A memorial services will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Tuesday at 11 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
