Patricia Freaney

Patricia M. Freaney, 90 of Stoneham died June 8 in Tewksbury.

Born on April 20, 1924 the daughter of the late Patrick and Cecelia (Fanning) Freaney.

Miss. Freaney was raised in Roxbury and had been a long time Stoneham resident. She was an accountant for many years for the Lahey Clinic Medical Center when it was located in Boston. She was a graduate of Bentley College and was a member of both St. Patrick and St. Joseph Church.

Miss. Freaney is survived by her sister Rosemary Hennessy of Stoneham and was the sister of the late John Freaney. She is also survived by her nephews Robert and David Hennessy and her niece Lauren Hennessy.

Her funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield on Thursday at 11:00. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 10 am. Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in W. Roxbury.
