Patricia attended St Marks High School, and eventually attended Tufts University, where her path in life took a pointed turn.  Several students started a carpool from Dorchester and Milton, which made its way to Tufts.  This happens to be where she met the love of her life, Mr. John Queeney, who was another commuter.  For over 53 years they were each other's best friend, companion, international travel partner, and confidant on life's wonderful journey.

Patricia’s professional career began at Emmanuel College, Carlson Sales, and eventually culminated with a position at the Stoneham Town Hall.  She also volunteered at the Stoneham Food Pantry, and the St. Patrick’s community dinner. She retired from the Stoneham Town Hall at 75 years old. When not at work at the Stoneham Town Hall Patricia loved to hang out with her twin sister and large circle of friends deemed "The Men of The North". Patricia enjoyed playing tennis, reading, and walking with her best friends from Wilson Road. Patricia and John raised and educated their two daughters, Lisa Manning and Beth Jackson. Patricia was pre-deceased by her beloved twin sister Margaret Jenkins.
