Paul Delaney

Paul H . Delaney , age 65, of Wakefield passed away peacefully at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital on June 30, 2020.

Born in Chelsea on May 28, 1955 and raised in West Peabody, Paul was the son of the late William J. and Pauline E. (Peach) Delaney .

Paul was a loving father to his daughter Lauren P. McIsaac and her husband James of Salem, NH, and his son Justin M. Delaney and his wife Sandra of Tewksbury. Paul was a proud grandfather to Natalie and Nolan McIsaac. He is also survived by his sister Denise Coakley and her husband Francis of Peabody, and his brothers Donald Delaney of Wakefield, Glenn Delaney and his wife Nancy of Peabody, Robert Delaney and his wife Barbara of Amesbury, and William Delaney and his wife Calin Tham of Middleton.

Paul found his most joy came from watching his children and grandchildren grow and spending time with his family having conversation around the dinner table.

During his battle with illness, Paul was supported by so many tremendous nurses at Brigham Women's Hospital in Boston. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: MNA, 340 Turnpike St., Canton, MA 02021, memo "Brigham Donation".

Funeral services will be private.
