Pauline S. Sherba, 77, a resident of Wakefield since 1970, died suddenly on Thursday, September 22 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.
Born in Danvers on February 27, 1934 she was the daughter of the late Henry and Claudina (Gelinas) Bouchard.
Mrs. Sherba was raised in Middleton and had attended Boarding Schools in South Berwick Maine. She had also attended Ste. Chretienne Academy in Salem. Mrs. Sherba was a member of St. Florence parish in Wakefield.
Mrs. Sherba was the wife of the late Paul J. Sherba. She was the mother of Paul Sherba Jr. and his partner Jeff Scholes of Andover, Gail Conroy and her husband Kevin, and Lisa Nakhoul and her husband Bedda all of Wakefield. She was the sister of Carol Ring of Middleton, Simone Brissette of Texas, and Robert Bouchard of Boxford and the grandmother of Kim and Kristina Conroy and Daniel and Michelle Nakhoul. Mrs. Sherba was predeceased by 12 brothers and sisters.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield on Monday at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
