Richard A. Robbins, 65, of Wakefield died at the VA Hospital in West Roxbury on Friday, July 30.
Born in Boston on March 13, 1945, he was the son of the late Charles B. Robbins, II and Dorothy (Doucette) Robbins.
Mr. Robbins was a graduate of Reading High School class of 1963. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Era. Richard was a long time chef of Kitty's Restaurant in North Reading and had been a Wakefield Resident since 1996.
Mr. Robbins is survived by his son Richard W. Robbins of Saugus. He was the brother of the late Charles "Burt" Robbins III and Dean Robbins.
