, 75, of Stoneham died peacefully Thursday, July 21 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Stoneham on June 18, 1936 he was the son of the late Anthony and Doris (Surrette)
DeSano
.
Mr.
DeSano
was raised and educated in Wakefield. He was a Wakefield resident before moving to Stoneham in 1984. He was a member of St. Joseph's Church. He retired from L.B Evans Shoe Company. He loved animals and enjoyed listening to music.

DeSano
was the husband of Frances M. (Hatch)
DeSano
. He was the father of Lisa Silk of Peabody, grrandfather of Alyshia Silk and brother of the late Robert
DeSano
and Betty Breen.
His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Tuesday at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 10 o'clock. A visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday 4-8 p.m.
