Rita Marshall

Rita J . Marshall , age 68, of Stoneham died Sunday, July 17 in Wakefield.

She was born in Winchester on May 22, 1954 and was the daughter of the late George C. and Rosemary F. (McColgan) Marshall .

Rita was a lifelong Stoneham resident and graduate of Stoneham High School. She was active in Drum Corp and had been a member of the Saint Patrick's Church Drill team and also was a member of the Boston Crusaders. She had worked many years at Massachusetts General Hospital and later for Target department stores. She parishioner of Saint Patrick Church.

She is survived by her twelve siblings, Kathy Rizzuto of NH, Ruth Daly of Kingston, Tom Marshall of Stoneham, Patty Stine of Haverhill, Danny Marshall of Amesbury, Rosie Marshall of NJ, Larry Marshall of Stoneham, Billy Marshall of Haverhill, Judy Hickey of North Reading, Kevin Marshall of E. Bridgewater, Susan Marshall of PA, and Elaine Lawrence of FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Saint Patrick Church 71 Central St. Stoneham on Friday July 22 at 10:00. Interment will follow at Saint Patrick Cemetery in Stoneham. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home 322 Main Street on Thursday July 21 from 4-7pm.
