Robert French

Robert J . French , 57 of Lynnfield died on Friday, January 28 at his residence.

Robert was born in Chelsea on November 12, 1953.

He was a life long resident of Lynnfield and was a graduate of Lynnfield High School. Robert started his career with the B&M Rail Road and had later been a conductor for AMTRAC. He had been a member of the Billerica Lodge of Elks.

Robert is survived by his parents; Alfred J . and Marie A. (Shea) French of Lynnfield. He was predeceased by his brother Thomas French .

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Tuesday at 9am followed by a funeral mass in Our Lady of the Assumption Church corner of Salem and Grove Sts at 10 o'clock. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 4-8pm. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Lynnfield.
