Robert Rochon

Robert P . Rochon , 63, of Stoneham died on Saturday, September 29 at the Winchester Hospital.

Born I n Biddeford, Maine on August 3, 1949, he was the son of Katherine (Shine) Dean and the late Emile Rochon .

Robert was a graduate of Somerville High School. He was retired mail handler for the United States Postal Service at the South Postal Annex in South Boston.

In addition to his mother, Robert is survived by his three brothers; Edward Rochon of Arlington, Paul Rochon of Andover, Carl Dean, Jr. of Salem, his four sisters; Carolyn Abruzzo of Burlington, Marian Irwin of Melrose, Marjorie Rochon of Framingham and Barbara Dean of Wakefield and his aunt Marjorie Hery of Melrose. He is also survived by his 7 nieces and nephews; Matthew, Patrick, Emily, Laura, Caitlin, Jennifer and Jarred.

His funeral service will be held at the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Wednesday at 11am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4-8pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
