Robert Lynch

Robert W . Lynch , 64, of Wakefield died on Sunday, July 14 at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington.

Born in Yonkers, New York on April 3, 1949 he was the son of the late Robert G. and Marie (Devine) Lynch .

Mr. Lynch had been a Wakefield resident for the past 25 years. He was a graduate of St. John's High School in Shrewsbury, Boston College and had received his Master's Degree from Salem State College. Mr. Lynch was a retired principal at the Dallin Elementary School in Arlington.

He was the husband of the late Donna M. (Lennon) Lynch . Mr. Lynch is survived by his three sons; Matthew W . Lynch and his wife Holly of Holden, Christopher R. Lynch and his wife Lisa of Peabody and Brian P. Lynch of Wakefield, his brother Thomas Lynch of Weymouth, his sister Marie Regan of Brielle, New Jersey and his two granddaughters; Adeline and Kaylee Lynch .

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Thursday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St., Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield at 10am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-8pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
