Ronald H. Crocker, 64, of Wakefield formerly of Peabody died Tuesday July 10 at Lahey Clinic.

Born in Winchester on August 25, 1947 he was the son of Sophie T. (Yazinka) Crocker of Wakefield and the late Herbert R. Crocker.

Mr. Crocker was a graduate of Wakefield High School class of 1965 and he attended Bentley Collage of Waltham.

Mr. Crocker was retired from Wells Fargo and had worked for the Raytheon Corporation. He enjoyed restoring "The Friendship Sloop" a boat he and his late father owned and had also enjoyed skiing, and fishing in Maine. Mr. Crocker was a member of the Massachusetts Rifle Association.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Crocker is survived by his wife Dorothy R. (Warren) Crocker, his son Andrew W. Crocker of Danvers, his two sisters; Shirley Crocker-Herrick and her husband Dan of Wakefield and Mary "Betsy" Crocker of Wakefield and his brother John D. Crocker and his wife Karen of Wakefield. He is also survived by his niece Katelin Crocker and his two nephews Tyler and Derek Crocker.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave Wakefield on Friday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 10:00a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
